In announcing his new site, the editor-in-chief Topolsky starts with a hell of a lede:
Welcome to The Outline, a new kind of publication for a new kind of human.
I don't know what the hell that means, but whatever. The whole venture seems interesting, although Topolsky's mission statement reads somewhat pretentiously. On the good side, I like the visual accessibility of text, particularly in Topolsky's piece. It's high contrast and relatively large, so it's easy to read. I'll be keeping an eye on this publication.
Update: One thing I neglected to mention: I dislike the "stacks" view. Just link to things inline.
