On Apple's Lesser-Known Audio Players

In yet another history lesson, Stephen Hackett looks back at the PowerCD and iPod Hi-Fi:

While Apple's iPod line is world-famous, the company has had a couple of audio products that weren't such stars. One is much more recent than the other, but both hold a unique place in Apple history.

I know about the Hi-Fi, but not the PowerCD. Interesting.

While I have some experience with Apple's older products (e.g., the Apple IIe in elementary school), I'm not well-versed in the company's history before the iPod's debut in 2001. That said, Stephen's retrospectives go a long way in improving my knowledge.
