In my 30 years on the planet, my brushes with celebrity have been limited to three things:

  1. In elementary school, meeting former Fremont mayor Bill Ball.
  2. Also in elementary school, meeting MC Hammer after winning his namesake award for academic achievement.
  3. Knowing a girl in high school whose cousin dated the cousin of JC Chasez from NSYNC.

Not much to crow about, I know (and I don’t). In any case, my fourth brush with fame came via my friend Sue, who co-hosts The Sensitive Nice Guy Show with Jordan Rockwell. It’s a podcast about relationships: dating, sex, and the like. In the latest episode, Sue spends about 5 minutes talking about me and my dating woes -- whereby “dating woes”, I mean my incessant frustration at being passed over by women because I’m vertically challenged. In fact, we’re trying to arrange something so I can appear on the show and discuss this further. If and when I guest, I’ll be sure to report back on the experience.

If you’re so inclined, give SNG a listen; I know Sue really appreciates the support.
