Stephen Hackett, in response to a question about his creative side:
I can’t draw or paint. Not even a little. I can, however, write. So I suppose my mediums of choice are the pixel and the written word.
Stephen mentions this during an interview with Michael Schechter, part of Schechter’s 2x4 series.
Stephen’s answer describes me perfectly. I always joke that my artistic abilities are essentially limited to just writing, because I can’t draw, paint, sing, rap, or play a musical instrument.1 Therefore, I can definitely relate to Stephen when he says his creative mediums of choice are pixels (technology) and writing.
Don’t take me to a club -- I can’t dance either. ↩
